By purchasing our services online, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this section.
Depending on the difficulty level of the issue you need assistance with we will assign the most suitable level of consultant. There are 4 levels of consultant's levels and rates are based on the consultant's payroll experience, education, and relatable certifications. The rate and level of the consultant will be communicated via email prior to the appointment. All calls and video calls are recorded for quality and billing purposes.
Note: All appointments will have a minimum charge of 15 minutes at the rate of the consultant that we assigned to you. If you run out of prepaid funds, we can't extend your session. You can go online and purchase more funds for additional time. If your time (prepaid funds) run out before you are done with the item you need help with, you can purchase more prepaid funds online right away and that consultant can then call you back and pick up where you left off. All purchases must be redeemed/used within 6 months from date of purchase or will be forfeited. Funds may be used towards any items we sell.
If you are not completely satisfied you agree to let us know in writing via email to info@payrollconsultantservices.com so we can attempt to rectify the situation prior to creating a dispute with anyone outside of Payroll Consultant Services LLC.
Refund Policy: All sales are considered final, and no refunds will be granted. If you experience issues with our website, video, download, or services please contact us for assistance.
The deadline for canceling in the event that the technical issues can't be resolved is 30 minutes from the date and time you completed your purchase.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation due to technical issues, you must inform us of your technical issues by means of a clear written statement. You can inform us of your issues by e-mail info@payrollconsultantservices.com
In order for the purchase to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
You notify us in writing within 30 minutes from purchase date and time about your specific technical issues (include screenshots).
Client has not used any of the consultant's time.
Client has not downloaded the payroll product.
Client has not played the training video.
Client has not attended the training class.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any purchase if cancellation is after 30 minutes from purchase date and time or the above criteria was not met.
If you qualify for a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 10 business days from the day on which we receive your request for cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
