1.  Part 1 is getting to know your business, what makes you unique and what are your goals (up to 2 hours).

2. Part 2 is gathering data and observing how your department operates (up to 14 hours).

3. Part 3 is a presentation where we go over ways to optimize your payroll department based on where your department is now and where you want it to be (1 hour presentation).  You will also be provided with a detailed action plan to get your department to the next level of success.
